Terms of Service

Hey! By using TechWithAgos, you're agreeing to these terms. They're legally binding but I've tried to keep them friendly and clear. If you don't agree, that's totally fine - but you can't use the services.

I'm Agos, and I build AI-powered tools to help with real problems. Currently that includes the AI Resume Scorer and other tools I'm developing. I'm always working to improve and might add, change, or pause features as needed.

Please use real information when signing up. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything that happens with your account. One account per person please - let's keep it fair for everyone!

Please use the tools responsibly. You can use them for personal or business purposes, but please don't:

• Use them to harm or harass anyone
• Try to break or hack our systems
• Copy our content without asking
• Upload anything illegal or harmful
• Spam or send unwanted messages
• Violate any laws or regulations

The tools, design, and content of TechWithAgos belong to me (except for content you create). You can use the service but please don't copy or redistribute it. If you want to use something specific, just ask!

Your data stays yours! When you upload content (like resumes), you keep ownership. I only use it to provide the service and will never sell your personal data.

Your resume content stays private unless you choose to share it. I take privacy seriously - check out the Privacy Policy for more details.

Some features are free, others require payment. Prices are in USD but you can pay from anywhere. I'll notify you 30 days before any price changes.

Refunds: If the service fails and you can't use what you paid for, I'll refund you. Just email me at techwithagos@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. But please understand I can't offer refunds if you've successfully used the service.

I work hard to keep everything running smoothly, but I can't guarantee 100% uptime or that it's completely bug-free. The AI provides suggestions and analysis, but the final decisions are always yours. Please don't rely solely on the AI for critical decisions.

I'm not responsible for decisions you make based on the tools or for any indirect damages. My liability is limited to what you paid for the service. This is standard stuff but important to be clear about.

You agree to not hold me responsible for any issues arising from your use of the service or if you break these terms. Basically, use the tools responsibly and we're all good!

You can cancel anytime - no hard feelings! I can also suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If you cancel, you can download your data first.

I'm based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, so these terms follow Argentine law. If we have any disputes, we'll try to resolve them friendly first - just email me! If we can't agree, we'll use Argentine consumer protection laws and mediation.

I might update these terms as the service grows. If there are big changes, I'll give you 30 days notice. Small clarifications might happen anytime. By continuing to use the service, you accept the updates.
